Our recreational gymnastic classes are for boys and girls aged 5+
During the 50 minute session gymnasts get to work in our fully equipped gym on all the apparatus.
For girls they will use:
Bars, Beam, Sprung Floor, Trampoline and Vault.
Boys will use:
Pommel horse, Bars, Rings, Vault, Trampoline and Floor
All Gymnasts have the opportunity to work towards their British Gymnastics Awards, gaining medals and certificates.
Recreational classes are a great, fun way to progress in gymnastics and all coaches will work hard to develop the individual to their full potential.
Once a year, the gymnasts compete in an internal competition, which is judged by our clubs very own qualified judges.
The gymnasts also get to showcase routines, created by the group coaches at our amazing Christmas displays, which involves every member of the club
